Welcome to The GroundsKeepers. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of our property maintenance services.

At The GroundsKeepers, we're committed to providing reliable, high-quality property maintenance with transparent pricing and clear communication. Our services are backed by full insurance coverage and industry best practices to ensure your complete satisfaction and peace of mind.

1. Service Agreement

By engaging our services, you enter into an agreement with The GroundsKeepers for the provision of property maintenance services. These services may include lawn maintenance, landscape maintenance, snow removal, and other related services as outlined in your service quote.

All services are provided subject to these terms and conditions, along with any specific details outlined in your service agreement or quote.

2. Service Scheduling

Our services are scheduled solely by our company based on service demand and routing efficiency, without individual agreements on service dates, but please note:

  • Weather conditions may necessitate adjustments to service timing
  • We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of any schedule changes
  • For recurring services, we will establish a regular and predictable schedule.
  • Access to your property must be available during scheduled service times

3. Payment Terms

Clear and transparent pricing is important to us. Our payment terms include:

  • Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
  • We accept major credit cards and electronic payments through our secure platform
  • Late payments for month-to-month services may incur additional fees (1.5% monthly on outstanding balances)
  • Yearly contract services will incur additional fees for non payment (0.2% compounding daily on outstanding balances)
  • Recurring services typically require automatic payment setup for convenience
  • Service quotes are valid at time of quote unless otherwise specified

4. Service Cancellation

We understand that plans change. To cancel scheduled services:

  • For month-to-month services, Cancle any time through our support portal.(No cancellation fees)
  • Yearly Contract service cancelations are subject to the terms outline in your contract.
  • One time services may be cancled up to 24 hr before the scheduled service date. Cancellation made less than 24hr before the service date are non refundable.
  • We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. While our cancellation policies are firm, we are willing to review exceptions in cases of major life events, such as moving out of our service area, severe property damage (e.g., fire or flooding), or other significant unforeseen circumstances. Requests for exceptions must be submitted through our support portal for review.

5. Property Access

To provide our services effectively, you agree to provide reasonable access to your property. This includes:

  • Clear access to service areas without obstruction
  • Removal of items that may impede service (toys, furniture, vehicles, etc.)
  • Proper marking of sprinklers, lighting, and other installations that could be damaged
  • Securing pets during service delivery for their safety and our team's
  • Providing gate codes, access instructions, or other entry details as needed

6. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We'll return promptly to address any issues at no additional cost
  • Our team will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction
  • This guarantee covers quality of workmanship, not weather-related outcomes

7. Liability

While we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our operations, there are shared responsibilities:

  • Property owners are responsible for providing accurate property information
  • Hidden hazards must be clearly marked or communicated to our team
  • Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by negligence in service delivery
  • We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions or damage
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion

8. Data Security and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal and property information:

  • All client data is secured using industry-standard encryption and security measures
  • Your information is used solely for service delivery and account management
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required for service provision
  • Our complete Privacy Policy provides additional details on data handling practices

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our services with appropriate notice:

  • Any changes to recurring services will be communicated at least 14 days in advance
  • Service rates are subject to annual review and adjustment
  • Additional services requested outside your agreement may incur additional charges
  • We may update these Terms of Service periodically; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance
