Founder Dexter T. came to this business through experience in property maintenance. He had seen the everyday frustrations: difficult scheduling, missed appointments, unclear pricing and too much back-and-forth to get ordinary work arranged.
He began building a different way to run the business. The service system was developed while he was living in nature, with the work powered by solar energy. The setting was simple. The ambition was to make property care easier to organize and easier to understand.
The finish matters. So does the experience.
